1. AGREEMENT

By booking a service with XPro Cleans Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking.


2. BOOKING & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation via phone, email, or text.
  • A pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card 24 hours prior to the service.
  • The full amount will be charged after service completion.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

XPro Cleans Services provides interior residential and commercial cleaning services only.

We do NOT perform:

  • Biohazard cleaning (blood, urine, feces, etc.)
  • Pest/rodent-infested properties
  • Hoarding or extreme conditions (unless approved in advance)
  • Exterior cleaning or exterior windows
  • Heavy lifting (over 50 lbs)
  • Cleaning while other service providers are present

4. CONDITION OF PROPERTY & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client.

If the condition of the property is significantly worse than described, we reserve the right to:

  • Adjust the price
  • Modify the scope
  • Reschedule the service

Additional charges may be applied for:

  • Heavy buildup
  • Grease, stains, or post-construction debris
  • Excessive clutter or dirt

5. TIME-BASED SERVICE

All services are time-based, not result-based.

Final results depend on:

  • Time booked
  • Property condition
  • Accessibility of areas

6. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • The environment is unsafe
  • Utilities are disconnected
  • There are aggressive pets
  • Conditions exceed normal cleaning scope

Cancellation fees may apply.


7. CLEANING DAY PREPARATION

Clients must provide access and basic organization of the space.

Failure to prepare may:

  • Affect results
  • Result in additional charges

8. ADD-ON SERVICES

Additional services are available at extra cost, including:

  • Inside appliances (oven, fridge)
  • Interior windows
  • Laundry
  • Basement / attic
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Mold or mildew removal

9. PET POLICY

Clients are responsible for securing pets.

XPro Cleans Services is not liable for:

  • Pet behavior
  • Injuries or damages caused by animals

Service may be terminated if pets create unsafe conditions.


10. CANCELLATIONS & LOCKOUTS

  • Minimum 48 hours notice required
  • Late cancellation: $50 fee
  • Same-day cancellation or no access: 100% of service charged

11. PAYMENTS & LATE FEES

Accepted methods:

  • Credit card
  • Zelle
  • Wire transfer
  • Check

Late payments:

  • After 5 days: $25/week late fee
  • After 30 days: subject to legal action

12. SERVICE GUARANTEE & CORRECTIONS

XPro Cleans Services does not offer refunds.

If you are not satisfied:

  • You must notify us within 72 hours
  • A re-clean will be scheduled at no cost

A re-clean must be completed before any further resolution is considered.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may only be issued at management discretion after a re-clean attempt.


13. DAMAGE, CLAIMS & PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS

  • All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours with photos
  • Claims after 48 hours will not be considered

We are NOT responsible for damage caused by:

  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation
  • Loose fixtures or materials

Client is responsible for informing us of fragile or sensitive items.


14. FRAGILE MATERIALS & GLASS SURFACES

Certain materials (including glass shower doors) may have pre-existing weaknesses.

XPro Cleans Services is not responsible for:

  • Cracking
  • Shattering
  • Damage caused by pre-existing structural issues

15. OUT-OF-SCOPE WORK

Any tasks requested outside the agreed scope are performed at the client’s own risk.

We are not liable for damages resulting from such requests.


16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

XPro Cleans Services’ total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.


17. PHOTOS & DOCUMENTATION

We may take before/after photos for:

  • Quality control
  • Marketing
  • Dispute resolution

No personal identity will be shown.


18. ACCESS & KEYS

If access is provided via:

  • Unlocked doors
  • Hidden keys

We are not liable for any damages or theft.


19. ARRIVAL WINDOW

Arrival times are not guaranteed.

We operate within a 2-hour window due to:

  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Scheduling

20. NON-SOLICITATION OF STAFF

Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or contact our staff directly during service and for 12 months after.

Violation results in:

💰 $3,000 fee per occurrence


21. NON-CIRCUMVENTION

Any attempt to bypass XPro Cleans Services by:

  • Exchanging contact info
  • Hiring staff privately

Will result in the same $3,000 fee.


22. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

Some cleaning professionals may operate as independent contractors.


23. RATE ADJUSTMENTS

Rates may be adjusted based on:

  • Property condition
  • Service frequency
  • Operational costs

24. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.


25. MODIFICATIONS

XPro Cleans Services reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
